The second quarter has flown by and we aren’t sure where the time went. It has been a very busy season for us and we enjoyed the having the opportunity to work with all kinds of different clients, vendors, venues and entertainers.
Here is a look back at what we have been up to during our busy second quarter:
April
- Provided arrival/departure transportation for several meetings in town
- Transferred groups to off-site dinners
- Hosted a mixology event
- Provided entertainment at a tradeshow
- Planned a dinner reception
- Managed a reception for the Mayor at City Hall
- Threw a “Bash at the Big House”: provided transportation, entertainment, catering, photo opportunities, and decor for a client throwing a company reception at the Eastern State Penitentiary
May
- Ran a three-day long conference. We provided a tour, two days of meetings, two receptions (welcome and off-site at the Franklin Institute), hotel and sleeping room block management, catering and decor
- Provided entertainment for three different festivals in the city
- Transferred executives to an off-site dinner
- Managed a one-day meeting at a hotel in Center City
- Set-up a Love Park themed reception inside a local hotel, featuring; park benches, a custom Love Statue, foliage, lighting, lamp posts and vendor cart food station wraps
- Provided arrival/departure transportation for three separate meetings
- Provided entertainment for several venues across the city
June
- Provided arrival/departure and shuttle transportation for four conferences in town
- Hosted a corporate give-back team building event
- Threw a Tribute to Philadelphia performance during dinner for a group in-town for a conference
- Managed an incentive program for a Philadelphia headquartered company
- Provided entertainment for several events in different venues across the city, as well as for several conventions in town
- Created a beer garden inside the Armory
- Delivered a reception at the University of Pennsylvania’s Museum of Archaeology which featured decor, transfers to the event, lounge seating, musical entertainment and artists
- Managed food trucks that were used for a company reception in Blue Bell
- Provided entertainment for two company picnics
- Threw a reception at the Philadelphia Museum of Art that featured transfers to the event, a nine-piece band, casino tables and photographers
