Looking for a culinary teambuilding activity with Philly flavor? Roberts Event Group recently created this Cheesesteak Challenge for a corporate client.
Small teams adorned in logo-embroidered aprons and personalized chef’s hats competed head-to-head, completing timed challenges to gather ingredients, and then to craft their ultimate “wiz/wit” and “provolone/without” masterpieces.
To host this activity, we took advantage of the luxury furnishings and state-of-the-art equipment at the Fretz Sub-Zero & Wolf Showroom at the Philadelphia Navy Yard, which features a half-dozen fully functional display kitchens, as well as a large Living Room and Studio Kitchen equipped with video monitors – so even spectators won’t miss any of the stove top action.
