In April Philadelphia was the host city for the Risk Management Society Convention (RIMS) and Roberts Event Group was proudly named the Preferred DMC for the conference; as a result, our team spent many months and countless hours preparing for the numerous events, as well as, infinite logistical details to be executed in a short four-day span.
A number of insurance companies attending the conference hosted various receptions, dinners, and activities to woo existing and potential clients while in Philadelphia. Many enlisted the services of Roberts Event Group to design, coordinate, and execute these events.
Throughout the week, we provided clients with services such as transportation, event entertainment, event décor and lighting, audiovisual requirements at the various venues. In addition, we provided prop production,logistical management, off-site tours and activities, venue rentals, dine outs at local restaurants, and more. Our team enjoyed having the opportunity to provide a wide variety of services to assist our clients in exceeding their marketing goals. Capturing the attention of the attendees and generated “word of mouth” publicity for all involved in this outstanding convention.
