Recently, we were fortunate enough to host a group of about 40 guests from Idaho! We arranged tours, transportation, meals, hotel room blocks, and activities for them over the course of ten days, throughout four cities along the east coast. What made this program so unique for Roberts Event Group was that we were able to partner with two different Hosts Global members to create a memorable trip for this group. They started out in Washington, DC, where we were able to work with Hosts DC to create a day full of tours and activities. From there, the group moved to Gettysburg and we were able to service this group in that area. On their way from Gettysburg to Philadelphia, they stopped in Lancaster where they enjoyed an Amish buggy ride that we set-up for them! Once the group arrived in Philadelphia, they toured the historic district and enjoyed lunch on their trip to NYC. Once they arrived in NYC, our Hosts partner, Details NYC, greeted them and took wonderful care of the group! We loved having the opportunity to come together with other alliance members and coordinate a trip for the wonderful group from Idaho! We look forward to continuing this partnership with all parties involved!
