On May 18, 2012, The Barnes Museum hosted a majestic gala to celebrate the long awaited addition to Philadelphia’s historic Museum Row. Roberts Event Group played an intricate part in many of the kick-off events at the Barnes. REG provided transportation, staffing, logistics, and event design for several receptions for clients, who are major donors to the Barnes Museum and their VIP guests.
On June 5, 2012, Roberts Event Group transformed the beautiful lobby into a Havana Oasis with décor and entertainment for one of Philadelphia’s prestigious law firms; their guests enjoyed live Latin sounds, along with smooth jazz throughout the evening. Guested strolled along the exhibit adorn with unique floral arrangements inspired by the Barnes ambiance and never before seen furniture groupings to create a magical night.
